I Got Shot.

Today was ridiculously awesome. First of all, school went by relatively fast, and I didn't fall asleep in Pre Cal, which is good. But the actual ridiculously awesome part is that after school, my friends Ro & Rae came to my place and we set up a little studio for a photo shoot!
Rae is a crazy fashionista, and for her final Graphics project she's making some sort of fashion magazine... So I got to splatter paint all over my face and be photo-d.
The result;;;

REMEMBER J.C.

I walked around all day today with "remember j.c." written on my hand. Why? you may ask. Well, I want to decorate my locker with lots of pictures of Jesus. Not exactly sure why, I just think it would be kind of funny because both my locker partner and I are very un-religious. But mostly just because I want to see peoples' reactions to a locker entirely covered in JESUS.
I also wrote that I needed to call various people, not unusual these days. I seem to be mucho busy, probably attributing to why I'm stressed out all the time.

One of my friends from the little town I lived in last year called, and I'm going to be his grad escort. Which should be okay, I'm just not so stoked about the whole wearing a dress posing for pictures part. But whatever, I was going to be going anyways. I think it's kind of ridiculous that all, or the majority my friends from there are graduating. It's odd. They're not the kind of people that grow up. But, now they will be. Moving out & going to university/college, getting careers, and making babies (k, maybe not that so much, but you never know). I feel so old and boring talking about it, and I'm not even the one who's graduating.

In a scene in drama I'm a thirty-six year old man who still acts like an eleven year old. I can relate. I'm not ready for all the responsibility and relationship stuff and shit that comes with growing up. I really would like to be Peter Pan. Or at least avoid the opposite sex for another ten years (isn't that what parents want? not mine per say, they don't really care, I just mean like the stereotypical protective parent). I just don't want to deal with it.

DEAL.
fuck no.

JESUS BRYCE, STOP SWEARING.
okay, probably a good plan, i mean;
"I've got a pretty goddamn dirty mouth."
"Do NOT take the Lord's name in vain!"
"Hiissssss!"
"I can take it!"
"Blond hair, blue eyes! How'd that happen?"
"Serve me with the cake!"
"I like red hunks!"
"It's not my fault."

JESUS BRYCE, STOP SPEAKING IN THIRD PERSON AND NOT MAKING ANY SENSE WHATSOEVER.
ack.
Now for a quote,
"DON'T GET HURT. BUT DO YOU KNOW WHAT HURTS? YOUR ASSUMPTIONS HURT AND HOW DARE YOU REQUEST MY SILENCE." -pdktf

Uhhhh, since that was a book quote, how about a list?

The Books That I Have Read Recently Or Am Currently Reading Or Plan To Read In The Near Future List
  • Homecoming (for the fourth? time, it's one of my very favourites if not my absolute)
  • Gidget (LOVE the movie, LOVE the book!)
  • Twilight (can't say I think it deserves the hype)
  • Fight Club (loving it so far)
  • The Life of Pi (sounds like it should be good, I'm really into wilderness stuff right now, and I think it might be sort of wilderness-ie)
  • The Bromeliad (lent to me by my brother who is a crazy Terry Pratchett fan, I'm stoked, because I loved the one book of his that I read, which according to the bro is not even one of his better works)
  • Pay It Forward (again, really like the movie, so excited to read it)

CHEEEEESE.

So, uh, so much for posting once a week, eh?
I haven't written anything in a very long time, on blog or elsewhere, so today, I am writing without boundaries (and apparently, with lots of commas.) Not sure if I'll have a list today, I'm just going to continue typing and see where it takes me.

Today I feel kind of lame. I feel like I'm somehow not being myself/doing the shit that I want to do. This might be because of the fact that I kind of sort of, have a boyfriend. Which shouldn't make me feel as awkward as it does. I don't know. The whole thing kind of gives me the heebee-geebies. I'm not sure why. It's like, too typical teen. You know? I feel like I should be less predictable. Too norm. And I'm not exactly sure if there are "requirments" or something. Really. Are we supposed to be together in every waking moment, hold hands in the halls, change our facebook status (ack) and whatev? I feel like teen relationships are more for the people watching them than the people in them. And I'm with Bv. Teen love? Not so much.
Wow! I'm really positive, eh? I don't know. It's just nice to be able to spurt random shit out to the web in general, but knowing (I'm positive, I think) that none of my friends read this blog.

HAVE A CHEESE FILLED FUTURE.
-my niece.

I think I have far too much stinky cheese, far to little fattening yummy cheese.

I AM THE CHEESE.
-a book I need to read again because it was really good but I read it in sixth grade and didn't really understand all of it, plus I dn't remember it at all, except for this one chase scene and something about clam chowder.

I'm drinking tea. It's rather nice.

So, this past weekend I went to a town called Teulon (sp?) with my friend Morgo to visit our friend Teesha. It was a lot of fun and we were total nerds. Honestly. Total and utterly embarassing nerds. So, there's this video game. Called Gears of War. The second one just came out a little while ago.... and the three of us are a little bit obsessed with it (Morgo pre-ordered the special edition, and bought the novel). So we decided to dress up as the characters and then fight it out. In the process we broke two hammocs. It was pretty funny.
We also ate a lot of pea soup, and chips (ack, waaaay too many chips), watched the first four Saw movies (Donnie Wahlberg makes me giggle, oh New Kids on the Block), and played lots of random board games.
Only bad thing about the trip was that I had to sleep on an air mattress, and now my neck is cracking all the time. xD

My school is doing Seussical the Musical for this year's play. Somehow I was dragged into being the second stage manager. It's kind of annoying, because I have to be at all these rehearsals, but I don't really do anything. I don't really mind that much, I just like to complain.
I have had the songs stuck in my head all day, that's probably the worst part.

Well, I think that's all I'm going to write about for now.
I guess I'll make a short list.

The My Favourite Kinds of Cheeses List
  1. Brie
  2. Gouda
  3. Feta
